Pat Coon is a native of North Carolina and has lived in Charlotte for over twenty years. She has owned her own real estate company for 14 years and has a depth of experience in residential, commercial and mixed use real estate development. She has been renovating homes for many years and was drawn to Daedalus Builders because of their unique craftsman style and their absolute dedication to preserving the original character and architecture of homes and neighborhoods. Pat has also worked in upper management for a large communications company, financial planning, mortgage banking and holds a Masters Degree from Goddard College, Vt..
