Some homes just need a little tweaking, like this small brick ranch in Midwood. The undersized front porch columns and steel front door did not add much character to this house. After adding some tapered Craftsman columns, a new wooden door, and a little paint; this home now has the traditional look and feel of the neighborhood.

This outdated ranch in Merry Oaks got a full makeover! This home started off at the auction blocks, but once complete, was ready for the open market! Work included: new kitchen, bath, roof, hardwood flooring, laundry closet, and exterior trim paint & details.

This original 1600 ranch in Sedgefield got a complete makeover when the owners decided to add a complete second story addition which would increase the original home size by nearly 1200sf. Brought down to the studs, this home was almost completely rebuilt. Features included hardwood floors throughout, custom stairs to open kitchen and greatroom with wrought iron balusters, shaker style white kitchen with black granite, glass upper doors, and island range, custom archways throughout, huge main level master retreat with spa bath and built ins throughout.

To add more space for the kids and entertaining to this lovely home located on Marsh Road in Sedgefield, we added this rear playroom addition. Features included exterior Hardy Shake paneling, hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling with exposed beam, and pass thru to kitchen. Also included with this project was the addition of this oversized two car Craftsman styled garage to match the finishes of the existing home.

This traditional brick ranch in the lovely neighborhood of Merry Oaks got the Daedalus touch when an incredible rear master bath addition was added in 2008. Details included a 12 head & jets shower, double granite vanity with soft close drawers, private water closet, and jacuzzi. Existing master bath was converted into closets & windows were added to the bedroom.

This home in Biddleville built in 1928 originally had 700sf but received the full treatment when Daedalus Properties polished this one off. After adding a 300 sf master suite addition, top of the line granite, GE Monogram Appliances w/ wine cooler, custom cabinetry, Japanese soaking tub & 5Ft marble shower were installed. Double French doors off the master bedroom to a private landscaped courtyard. Definitely a rose amongst thorns at first, this home has set the new benchmark in a once forgotten area of town.
