Incredible rehab of beautiful post-war home in Dilworth Historic District. Work included enlarging front and rear dormers, conversion of upper kitchenette apartment into luxurious master retreat, removal of one bedroom to create open gourmet chefs kitchen with keeping room, expose stairs to living room, preservation of original baths and tile work, and up fitting throughout. Work also included preservation of original three car garage, copper gutters, chippendale rail work on screen porch & decking, and extensive landscaping. Attention to detail and strict adherence to historic guidelines were a must in the successful restoration of this thoughtful home.
