Midwood, Project 18

This historic 1920's farmhouse is getting a 2010 upgrade! The primary scope of this project's work list is to create a rear master suite in the once dysfunctional bedroom space. To achieve this, the existing fireplace & wall were removed to increase the bedroom by approx. two feet. Then, the existing bath and closet were blown out & divided to create a spacious shower, double pedestal sinks, and toilet nook. On the other end, a large walk in closet was created to house the stackable washer & dryer as well. Other works include new windows throughout and replacement of damaged rear siding.
